If you want to fool a pregnancy test, it is unethical. However, every rule is meant to be broken, and I do not recommend trying to fool a pregnancy test for reasons that are for the soul purpose of hurtfulness….that being said, one of the funniest (to some people) April fools joke is the “fake pregnancy results”. How do you accomplish this?

How to get a fake pregnancy note or fake pregnancy papers?
Uhhh, no. I have had 4 children, and I have never received a “pregnancy note”, or any type of “pregnancy paper”. Being pregnant is not an illness you need to prove to your employer, because you played hooky. 
It’s not like being in school when you need a note because you were tardy.
I’m sorry, pregnancy documents don’t exist. But I’m sure you can find websites that offer to do a free fake document for you, or maybe you could get a friend to write a fake pregnancy note. Good luck with that. You should stick with what works, and what’s more realistic…a fake pregnancy test.

(If you’re really cheap and don’t want to spend the $10 for the fake pregnancy test, if you know a pregnant friend, you could always get her to pee on a pregnancy test, and voila, you have your fake pregnancy results! )

If a test says you are not pregnant and you still think you may be, you can wait a few more days before you take another test, (it’s recommended you by a store bought pregnancy test that comes with 2) or you can call your doctor and ask for a blood test. Although a missed period is an indication of early pregnancy, it’s not always the case. A lot of woman still have their period and are pregnant. In this case, usually the periods the woman have are different in the normalcy, but not always. You must not rely on the fact that you had your perio, so you must not be pregnant. need a fake pregnanncy documents as a prank
need a fake pregnancy document saying im 5 1/2 weeks….
Hi Tamika! There are no such things as pregnancy documents. I’ve had 4 children, and I never once got a document stating that I was pregnant. The only other thing you might ever get would be a picture of the ultra sound. Which, obviously if you’re not really pregnant, there won’t be one of those either.
