Having a baby is the one of the most precious moments for a woman. The joys of bringing in a new life into the world is like none other.Even though it has a lot of pain associated with it, the majority of women will believe it is worth it. As a San Diego midwife I would like to share with you a method that you might not be aware of. It is called waterbirth. Waterbirth has been called probably of all the methods of delivery the gentlest. It requires the use of a heatedwater bath or a pool. You will find some women will use during the labor the water part. They will do it because heated water is actually a good pain reliever. It is relaxing to the tissues. Other women also use it to deliver the baby. They stay in the water all the way through delivery. Even all the way through delivering the placenta. The whole procedure is usually overseen by a person called a midwife. If you are in San Diego there are plenty of midwives San Diego. You will want one that is very experienced. Why do some women choose this procedure over the hospital?
Pregnancy, what a special time for women. Well, I guess aside from the sickness. But beyond that, the thought of a new baby arriving is exciting. Usually, for women in general, the question of how you are going to have the baby isn’t that big. Because most women will go the standard route of a medical procedure involving hospitals, drugs, and doctors.
